A Christmas story for Luka

Here is how a story called "Luka and the Lost Snow Globe" might begin:

The city apartment, small but cozy, was bathed in the warm glow of the tiny Christmas tree's lights. Luka was adding the last tinsel strand when he noticed a peculiar shimmer beneath the tree skirt. It wasn't a dropped ornament or a forgotten present. It was a single, perfectly formed snow globe, but inside, instead of a festive scene, was a miniature, swirling blizzard, and a tiny, almost invisible figure huddled within. As Luka picked it up, a faint, desperate plea seemed to echo from inside: 'Lost... can't see... help!'

What happens next? Luka discovers the snow globe holds a vital, urgent message from a very special visitor who needs his help this Christmas Eve.
