A Christmas story for Luca

Here is how a story called "Luca and the Lost Jingle" might begin:

Luca pressed his nose against the frosted pane, watching fat snowflakes pirouette down onto the sleepy, snow-covered farmhouse. Inside, the air hummed with the scent of pine and his grandma’s gingerbread. He’d just finished hanging his last handmade ornament, a sparkly paper star, when a faint, metallic jingle echoed from beyond the barn. It was a sound too clear, too melodic to be a cowbell, especially on Christmas Eve. He pulled on his thickest mittens, his heart thrumming with a curious mix of excitement and wonder. That jingle called to him, promising something extraordinary.

What happens next? Luca’s adventurous spirit leads him into the snowy night, where a peculiar discovery sets him on an unexpected, magical Christmas Eve quest.
